4. Connect the illuminator cable

5. Insert the optical head above the epi-illuminator and tighten
the locking screw

with the provided Allen wrench. (Fig. 6)
• Hold the head with one hand during the locking in order
to avoid that the head falls .
(Only B-510MET-R)
• Condenser is pre-installed in the factory. To remove the
condenser use an Allen wrench 1,5 mm diam and operate on
the locking screw placed on the right side of the condenser
holder.
6. Insert both eyepieces into the tubes of the optical head. (Fig.
7)
7. Screw each objective into the thread of the nosepiece,
clockwise with increasing magnification. (Fig. 8)
