To select MD mode, press the [MD] mode button. To
select CDR mode, press the [CDR] mode button.

ON button
This button is used to set the MiniDisc recorder or
CD recorder to On or Standby.

Number buttons
These buttons are used to enter track numbers and
to enter times for locating specific points in time.

DISPLAY button
This button is used to display information about the
current disc or track on the MD/CDR recorder’s dis-
play, including the elapsed time, remaining time,
total time, and so on.

Play [

This button is used to start playback.

Previous & Next [
]/[
] buttons
The Previous [
] button is used to select the pre-
vious track. During playback it selects the begin-
ning of the current track. The Next [

used to select the next track.

Pause [

This button is used to pause playback.

This button is used to start recording.

REPEAT button
This button is used to set the repeat playback func-
tions.

OPEN/CLOSE [

entered numbers.

This button is used to set the volume of the AV
Receiver.

This button is used to mute the AV Receiver.
