Cranking Limiter:
Thermally activated device lim-
its cranking time to 45 - 90 seconds, depending on
ambient temperature. At the end of the cranking pe-
riod, a red pushbutton pops out, which cannot be re-
set until one minute has elapsed.
Other Optional Control Features

Low Oil Pressure Shutdown:
The engine is
equipped with a low oil pressure cutoff switch
(LOPCO) to shut down the engine if oil pressure
drops below 14 psi (97 kPa)

The engine is
equipped with a high air temperature cutoff switch
(HATCO) to shut down the engine if engine tem-
perature rises above 375

AC Control With Meters:
The AC control panel has
a voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, phase se-
lector switch, output voltage adjusting rheostat and
resettable exciter field circuit breaker.

has a voltmeter, an ammeter for each line, a circuit
breaker for each line, a frequency meter and a run-
ning time meter.
