Confirm that PDO communications via EtherCAT is performed normally.

Check the EtherCAT connection status.

Check with the LED indicators
on Controller that PDO
communications via EtherCAT is
performed normally.
The LED indicators in normal
status are as follows:
NET RUN: Green lit
NET ERR: Not lit
LINK/ACT: Yellow flashing
*The NJ-series Controllers also
have the same LED indicator
status.

Check the LED indicators on Dry
Vacuum Pump.
The LED indicators in normal
status are as follows:
RUN:
Green lit
ERROR: Not lit
LINK/ACT: Green blinking
