6. EtherCAT Settings
This section describes the parameter and device variables that are defined in this guide.
In the following sections, the Dry Vacuum Pump is referred to as the "slave unit" in some
descriptions.
6.1. Parameter
The following parameter is required to connect the Dry Vacuum Pump and the Controller via
EtherCAT.
