THERMAL PROTECTOR

The compressor pump motor has a thermal protector which will
turn the power off before the unit overheats. If the
thermal protector shuts the power off:

1. Turn the unit off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

3. Make certain the air slots on the unit are not obstructed.

4. Wait 30 minutes for the motor to cool.

5. Restart the compressor.

6. If you are still experiencing problems, contact your

healthcare dealer for assistance.

CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

It is recommended that the Jet-Air™ disposable nebulizer, and
mouthpiece or mask are thoroughly rinsed with hot tap water after
each use and cleaned with a mild detergent after the last treatment
of the day. The same pieces must also be disinfected daily by
soaking in a vinegar/water solution or a commercially available
disinfectant. If your physician or respiratory therapist specifies a
different cleaning procedure, follow their instructions.

RINSING

(After Each Treatment)

1. Disconnect mouthpiece or mask from nebulizer.

2. Disconnect air tubing from nebulizer.

3. Gently twist the nebulizer so it separates into two sections.

4. Pull the funnel out of the bottom section.

5. Rinse nebulizer and mouthpiece or mask with hot tap water.

6. Dry with clean paper towels or let air dry.

7. Reassemble nebulizer when completely dry and put the parts
