Instruction for Log-in Failure to CMS after CMS Upgrade

When trying to login to the CMS using the default account and password after a CMS upgrade
an error message will be displayed. If an error message occurs as shown in the image, please
follow the instructions below to rectify the error.

Step 1: When in Windows go to the “Windows” folder and then the folder “Systme32”

(Eg:C:\Windows\System32)

Step 2: Locate file, “iCMS.dat” and delete it.

Step 3: Restart CMS. Log-in successfully.
