Suture Rack
Introduction
The suture rack module can be added to any cabinet. It is used to store, dispense and track suture
usage. Multiple suture racks can be added to a single cabinet. The color coding and side loading
features help allow easy access to the proper sutures. The module has three retractable racks which
allows the system to store up to 24 individual suture boxes of varying sizes. As many as 20 suture
rack modules, holding up to 480 different suture boxes, can be contained in a 3-cell cabinet.
Tools List
The following tools are required to install or remove a suture rack:
3/32” Allen wrench
5/32” Allen wrench
Torx T8 screwdriver
Torx T15 screwdriver
Installation Procedure
Cabinet Preparation
1. Perform a graceful shutdown of the CT PC Box.
2. Open the door where the suture rack will be installed.
3. Remove any existing shelves or drawers. where the rack will be located.
Suture Rack Housing
1. Slide the two
into the slots present in the back of the frame.
2. Secure each bracket with a screw using either a 3/32” Allen wrench or a Torx T15 screwdriver.
3. Set the dip switches according to zone and shelf location. See the following table.
