OMNI SWING HOOK UP
Your Omni Swing may come with 8 carabineer hooks to be inserted as follows:
1.
Insert one hook into the hemmed fabric tunnel located at each end of the 4x8 foot sling (ie.
the part you sit on) and thread hook all the way through fabric until you can carefully close
hook. Careful not to catch the fabric on hook ends. This uses a total of (2) hooks, one for each
end of the sling.
2.
Insert and thread single hook into each of the hemmed tunnels of all six handles (two short,
two medium, two long). This uses a total of (6) hooks, one for each handle. Repeat this for the
Ab Straps if included in your order.
Your Omni Swing is now hooked up and ready to use!
