SPRING TRAPEZE ASSEMBLY
For safety please follow these instructions:
1. Lay out the trapeze bar, three (3) springs, six (6) carabineers, one (1) small U-
hook, one (1) large U-hook.
2. Attach carabineers to both ends of each springs.
For the middle bottom
spring, you have three separate options:
1) carabineer
2) large U-hook 3) small U-hook. Use the large U-hook for persons over 135lbs.
Small U-hook or cariabineer is for lighter persons.
DO NOT COMBINE.

3. Attach all springs to the pull-up bar; if you use a U-Hook, make sure the
U-
HOOK IS ATTACHED TO THE MIDDLE BOTTOM SPRING.
4. Attach the top end of all three springs to the swivel unit in your Omni
Stand, Ceiling Plate or other sturdy suspension means.
5.
OPTIONAL SWIVEL UNIT ATTACHMENT:
If your swing came with a Swivel
Unit, attach all three springs to the Swivel Unit (Figure 1), leaving the top hook
free to hang your yoga swing setup from a ceiling plate, eyebolt, rope or chain.
6. Lastly, attach the triangular trapeze cover with the tip of the triangle on top
as shown in the photo. Close the button snaps above the trapeze bar (not
around the bar) to secure in place (Figure 1).

OMNI STAND + SPRING TRAPEZE ASSEMBLY
With the Omni Stand it´s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1.
Follow steps 1-3 in the instructions above.
2.
Attach the three free hooks directly to the built-in swivel
ring at the top of the Omni Stand (pictured right).
3.
Follow step 6 in the instructions above.
DO NOT use the Swivel Unit with Omni Stand.
This will make your swing hang 7” lower than it
should. The Omni Stand provides a built-in swivel unit and you do not need to use yours. Your Swivel
Unit will come in hand during travel or when you are not able to use your Omni Stand.
