Secure
the rooftop tent to your roof rack or roof
bars. Use 2 M8 bolts and 2 slide
plates with the
base plate to secure the bar. If
the cross bars are
too far apart the center will not
be properly
supported and may be damaged.
Do not over tighten nuts
because this
will cause
the bolt head to strip the aluminum slide plate.
Periodically check torque of all hardware.
6. Release the
hook and loop
straps on all
sides of the
tent.
4. With help, carefully lift the tent onto the
vehicle.
Insert
M8 bolts into the slide plate.
Slide
the plate and bolt into the aluminum rails.
Bolts
should be located on either side of the
cross
bars.
Slide two plates from the rear and one
from the front, ensuring there are 4 per rail
when complete.
