Oven Functions

Oven Lamp: Enables the user to observe the progress of cooking without
opening the door. The Oven lamp will be activated for all cooking functions.

Defrost: The rear fan will run blowing air over the food inside the oven. No
heat is generated.

Double Grill and Fan: Both the top element and grill element will run with air
being circulated by the rear fan.

Double Grilling: The grill element and top element are running.

Top heat: The top element of the cooker runs providing gentle heat.

Fan Assist: Conventional cooking with air being circulated by the rear fan.

Conventional cooking: The top and bottom work together to provide
convectional cooking.

Bottom heat: A concealed element in the bottom of the oven provides a
more concentrated heat to the base of food.

Fan Forced: The rear element runs with the being circulated by the rear fan,
for a more even heating.

Note: All control knob decals are printed on the bezels at the base of the control
knobs.

Note: When cooking without using the timer, the timer must be set to manual mode.
