6 apples, cored, peeled, quartered
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in the Omega
blender until it meets your desired
consistency.
Omega recommends setting the blender
at speed 7 for 3 minutes.
2 cups Coconut Milk (canned or fresh)
2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
2 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit (optional)
Blend all ingredients at speed 7,
setting the timer for 4 to 6 minutes.
Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours,
stirring every 20 to 30 minutes.
