KITCHEN VENTILATING EQUIPMENT
Limited Warranty
Please read this warranty carefully. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights that vary from state to state.
OMEGA NATIONAL PRODUCTS, LLC. RESPONSIBILITY: Parts: For a period of one (1) year after
date of original purchase, Rangaire will provide at no charge replacement parts for any parts of
your kitchen ventilating equipment (other than consumable parts) which are defective in material or
workmanship. The replacement parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty
period.
Labor: Omega National Products, LLC is not responsible for labor costs incidental to the replacement
of defective parts.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY: Your warranty begins on the date of original purchase. In order to estab-
lish the date of original purchase keep the dated bill of sale, canceled check, or other evidence of the
original purchase date.
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover consumable parts such as charcoal filters and light bulbs.
This warranty does not apply if this product has been subjected to faulty installation, misuse, abuse
or neglect. This warranty excludes any consequential expense or damage resulting from any use or
malfunction of the product. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
SERVICE: Contact the distributor or dealer from who you purchased this product for replacement
parts covered by this warranty and they will obtain them for you free of charge. If your distributor
or dealer is unable to provide you with replacement parts covered by this warranty, please contact
Omega National Products, LLC.
