Ch.4
This section pertains to the methods of the settings for NBI observation by connecting this instrument.
These settings are made on the touch panel of the surgical microscope used in combination with this
instrument.
Prepare the settings by also reading the instruction manual for the surgical microscope.

Setting the custom switch
This setting assigns functions to the custom switches of the surgical microscope to be used in
combination with this instrument.
In advance, perform the procedure described in “
 Selecting the user setup” in Section 4.3, “Editing
the user setup” in the instruction manual for the surgical microscope.
The following table lists the custom switches to which the switching to the NBI mode switching can be
assigned.

Set the desired functions to the custom switches by following the procedures described in “  Setting
the scope switch”, “  Setting the foot switch” and “  Setting the touch panel custom button” in Section
4.3, “Editing the user setup” in the instruction manual for the surgical microscope to be used in
combination with this instrument.
