Adjusting Shading
(Gradation)
Adjust color brightness and shading. Bring pictures closer to what you envisage by,
for example, brightening the entire picture. Settings are stored separately for each
picture mode.
• This setting can be accessed via:
- The LV super control panel
- The menus

(Shadow Adj)
Brightness is adjusted separately for every detail. A good choice for
high-contrast images where shadows or highlights might otherwise be
lost.

Normal
(Gradation Normal)
Optimal shading. Recommended in most circumstances.
z
High (Gradation
High Key)
Suited to bright subjects.
z
Low (Gradation
Low Key)
Suited to dark subjects.
