Intended Use

The ChainSCANNER is designed to perform nondestructive inspections on industrial
and commercial cylindrical parts. The ChainSCANNER is a manual scanner for
outside pipe diameters ranging from 45 mm to 965 mm (1.75 in. to 38 in.). The
ChainSCANNER allows encoding on the two axes—the x-axis encoder and the y-axis
encoder.

Do not use the ChainSCANNER for any purpose other than its intended use. It must
never be used to inspect or examine human or animal body parts.

Instruction Manual

This instruction manual contains essential information on how to use this Olympus
product safely and effectively. Before using this product, thoroughly review this
instruction manual. Use the product as instructed.
