Chapter 7
Index display
This function lets you show many pictures at the same time on the monitor. It
is useful for comparing your pictures and choosing the best ones. The
number of pictures shown can be 4, 9, or 16 (see the next page).
In the single-frame playback
mode (P. 117), press the
zoom lever to W (
).
Pictures, including the one displayed
in the single-frame playback mode,
appear in the index display.

How to use the arrow pad during an index display

: Moves to the previous frame.
í
: Moves to the next frame.
Ñ
: Jumps to the previous index display
(the frames before the top left frame).
ñ
: Jumps to the next index display (the
frames following the bottom right frame).
