Setting the Code Number for an Outside Line
This setting is only required when your phone is connected within a PABX
system (public access branch exchange). The feature should only be set-up
by competent persons who understand the function
If you use a PABX system, you must enter the number to access an outside line (nor-
mally a “0”). You must also set this number in the phone in order to be able to call back
callers from the call lists or to insert the number for an outside line later

Enter the number to access an outside line A maximum of 16 digits can be entered

You can also use a number in the call lists

actual phone number

Assigning Internal Phone Numbers
In order to forward calls to other phones, you must assign the phones an internal call
number

Press and hold the key The number of a phone to which calls could be trans-
ferred appears in the display. If this setting is performed for the first time,

Press the key and enter the internal phone number using the digit keys (e.g. "1"
and "2").
