17. Spare parts
CPlease note:
Please request any spare parts that are needed from
our authorised dealer. Exclusively original spare
parts may be used.
In order to process your order as quickly as possible,
we absolutely need the model and serial number
given on the unit’s plate.
The unit’s plate is found on the inside of the lid of the
pellet container.
To make sure that you always have easy access to
the numbers on the unit’s plate, we recommend en-
tering them here before the installation:

18. Start-up certificate
The start-up certificate documents the proper installa-
tion and start-up of the unit.
Instruction by a specialist is a basic requirement for
qualified operation of the unit.
