2. The manufacturer guarantees to remove, free of charge, the defects
and faults arising during the warranty period due to material assembly
or defects.
3. The warranty period is extended by the repair time.
4. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for defects (damage)
caused in transit or those resulting from improper use of the machine or
unauthorized modifications made by the user.
5. The warranty rights of the buyer are lost if the date of sale, signature
or the seller’s seal are missing.
6. Warranty repairs are performed by the manufacturer or, in case of
minor adjustments, the buyer according to the manufacturer’s
instructions.
7. The following repairs types are not covered by the warranty:
cleaning, greasing, replacement of parts subject to normal wear
(bearings, bushings, slides etc.)
8. Claims are addressed within 14 days from the date of the receipt of
the machine by the buyer.
9. Costs of claim-related shipments are to be borne by the buyer.
