Duplex Mode
If the optional Duplex Unit is
installed, two-sided copies can be
produced from one or two sided
originals.
The following Duplex Modes are available:
Original Copy
Mode Description
1 sided

2 sided Two-sided copies are produced from one-sided originals. If there is an
odd number of originals, the back of the last copy page is blank.
The following Saddle Stitch Direction options are available:
• Left Side

Binding edge at left of copies: The images for the
second side are copied without rotation. Copies can be bound on
the left and the images are in the correct orientation...A
• Top Side

Binding edge at top of copies: The images for the
second side are rotated 180 degrees. Copies can be bound at the
top and the images are in the correct orientation...B
