This manual has been designaed to provide basic information concerning the electric
section for the component-level maintenance of the OKIFAX 5700/OKIFAX 5900 facsimile
transceiver. It includes such information which will help maintenance personnel to under-
stand the circuit operations.

This manual will also provide the reader information concerning the functions of units and
the relationships among the units which will assist you in conducting unit-level mainte-
nance.

Detailed circuit diagram has been omitted from this manual to avoid duplications of con-
tents with other associated manuals, For information not contained in this manual, refer to:
