E-mail Send Options
To complete the send information, follow these steps:
1.
To specify recipients, touch the
To
field. Use the SendMe Address
Books (see “SendMe Address Books” on page 74 for details on how
to) or use the keypad to type in an address.
2.
To add “copy” recipients, touch the
CC
field. Use the SendMe
Address Books (see “SendMe Address Books” on page 74 for
details on how to) or use the keypad to type in an address.
3.
To add blind copy recipients, touch the
BCC
field. Use the SendMe
Address Books (see “SendMe Address Books” on page 74 for
details on how to) or use the keypad to type in an address.
4.
Check the “Details” SendMe automatically enters your information
as the sender (the “From” field) and creates a Subject for your e-
mail. To change the defaults, touch the
Change Details
button.

On the Change Details screen, touch the button to the left of each
field to display the alphabetic keypad. Type the text you want in
the field and touch
OK
to copy the text into the field.
6.
Send the e-mail by touching the
Send
button.
7.
If Encryption is turned on, enter the Owner and User passwords,
and specify the User rights (for more information see “Tools for
Converting Paper Documents to Digital Files” on page 82) and
touch
OK
.
NOTE:
The only information that must be entered here is the
recipient’s e-mail address. SendMe automatically enters sender
and message subject. To change these, touch the
Details
button.
SendMe Address Books
SendMe E-mail has three options for selecting the e-mail recipient(s):

Local Address Book
: a collection of the e-mail addresses you
