3.3.7 PWB unit - ACDC Switch
(1) Remove the Cover-Side-R. (Refer to 3.3.4)
(2) Disconnect all of the three cables from the PWB unit (Board) .
(3) Remove a screw (Silver) to free the part of Switch Assy. of the PWB Unit .
(4) Remove two screws (Silver) and the screw to free the part of AC-Inlet of the PWB unit .
(5) Remove four screws (Silver)
. Remove the PWB unit with the part of Switch Assy. and the part
of AC-Inlet .
(6) Remove the Sheet-Insulation-LV .
(7) Disconnect the Connection Cord from the Switch Assy.
, and remove the Plate from the
Holder-Switch
to detach the AC-Switch
from the Holder-Switch .
(8) Push and disengage the four tabs on the both sides of the suface of the AC-Switch , and remove the
Holder-Switch
from the
part of AC-Switch
with through cables to the groove by removing the Plate on
the
Holder-Switch
.
(9) Assembling is performed by the inverse procedure with removing.
(Note on removing / Assembling)
1. Beware of not to touch the DC motor inattentively (Do not rotate motor).
2. Do not apply excessive pressure to the AC(power) switch.
Warning
Risk of Electric Shock
There is a risk of electric shock during replacement of the low voltage power supply.
Use insulating gloves or avoid direct contact with any conducting part of the power supply, and caution should be
exercised during replacement.
The capacitor may take one minute to complete discharge after the AC cord is unplugged. Also, there is a possibility
that the capacitor doesn’t discharge because of a breakage of the PCB, etc., so remember the possibility of electric
shock to avoid electric shock.
