To install the extension plate:
1. Attach the supplied stud screws securely to the boiler.
2. Thread a lifting strap or lifting chain through the large opening in the extension
plate.
3. Slide the first gasket into place over the stud screws.
4. Using the strap or chain, lift the extension plate. Slide the plate onto the stud
screws.
5. Let the extension plate rest on the stud screws, and remove the strap or chain.
Push the plate against the boiler.
6. Slide the second gasket into place over the stud screws.
7. Lift the burner into place. Tighten the burner against the extension plate using the
stud screws, washers and nuts.
If the boiler comes with threaded rods already welded into place, use
the rods instead. Follow the procedure above.
