GRILL 4500
- Due to its inertia, from 5 to 10 minutes are necessary to the stone to respond
to an adjustment modification performed during the appliance use.
- Do not place quick-frozen, frozen or too heavy foods on the hot stone.
- Do not put the stone in contact with acid foods like products with added
vinegar, mustard, cucumbers, etc.
- Do not place any object on the stone.
- Do not let the appliance work unladen for more than 30 minutes: the stone
will heat up too much for an optimal cooking.
It is possible that grease splashes around the raclette and around the
soapstones.
• The small fissures or cracks caused by the stone expansion are natural and do not affect
the appliance correct functioning.
• After some uses, the stone normally takes on a darker and indelible colour.
A light smells or smoke emission could occur at first use.
Use only the stone supplied with the appliance

• Use the stone (7) instead of the grill plate (6) whenever you desire to obtain a dryer
and crunchier meat.
• It is possible to begin with the grilling operations only when the plate grill or the stone
grill upper plan is very hot. •
