A light smells or smoke emission could occur at first use.
• To not scratch the plate surface, use a plastic spatula or a wooden palette to flip or take
the crépes.
USE

Preheat the plate for about 12/15 minutes.
• Place the food to cook on the plate.

Preheat the plate for about 15 minutes.
• Place the food to cook on the plate.
• Use a little bit of maize oil to grease the
stone after preheating and dry it with a
soft cloth.
This operation limits food adherence on the stone.
