> > “Raclette” function
Preheat the appliance for about 8/10 minutes.
• The main ingredients necessary to prepare this dish of Swiss origin are: melted cheese
and potatoes.
• Everyone will be able to prepare its own dish by inserting the pans in their appropriate
slots.
• Let the foods melt for 3 to 5 minutes; when the “raclette” is melted, let the cheese slide
on a dish.
Do not heat empty pans.
Hold the pans (5) only by the handle. To protect your hand with
a pot holder or a towel is advised.
• This cooking mode can be
used together with the grill
function perfectly.
It is possible to use the
raclette function only
when the plate and
the stone upper plan
is very hot.
> > “Crêpes” function
Preheat the plate for about 10/12 minutes.
• Prepare the batter as desired.
• Pour the batter on the plate and let and let each side cook for about 1-2 minutes.
USE
