ミストキャッチは必ず上下を確認して、水平、垂直(±

2

°)に取付けてください。

 

Place the MISTCATCH right side up and fix it perpendicularly and   

horizontally within a tolerance of 

±2° as shown

 right. 

→ドレンの排出がスムーズに行われず、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。

 

Failure to this may lead to scattering of water due to poor drainage. 

メンテナンス及び円滑な空気循環のために下図のように空間を確保してください。

 

Keep enough space around a MISTCATCH as shown below in order to assure good ventilation and

吸引口がオイルミストの発生源に近い場合は、衝突板などを設けて、

 

多量のオイルミストや切り屑を吸引しないようにしてください。

 

Where the suction port is close to a oil mist source, provide   
a collision plate or other protective measures against inhaling   
excessive amount of oil mist and/or machining swarf. 

 

→多量のオイルミストを吸引すると、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。

 

Over-inhaling may cause scattering of oil. 

 

粒子径の小さいオイルミスト(油性オイルミストなど)を吸引する場合はミストキャッチ内部で捕集しきれず、

 

排気口よりオイルミストが吹き出してしまう可能性があるため、アフターフィルタ(別売り)をご使用ください。

 

For inhaling extra fine particles like water-insoluble mist, use of the optional After filter is recommended   
for prevention of possible blow-off of untrapped particles.
