ミストキャッチは、各種工作機械の加工時及び製造工程に発生する一般的な水溶性オイルミスト・油性
オイルミストの吸引捕集を目的としているため、次のものは絶対に吸引させないでください。

 

Please ensure that the following substances are not allowed to enter into MISTCATCH since it aims to 
inhale  common  water-soluble  and  oil-based  oil  mist  generated  during  production  process  of  various 
kinds of machine tools. 

・火種、工作機械加工時に発生する火花や火の粉。

 

Ignition sources and fire sparks generated in production. 

・ガソリン・シンナー・ベンジン・灯油・有機溶剤等の引火性物質、及び引火点

80

℃以下の油・洗浄液。

 

Flammable  substances  such  as  gasoline,  thinner,  benzine,  kerosene,  organic  solvent  as  well  as  oil 
and cleaning liquid with an ignition point 80 

  or below. 

・アルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン等の爆発性物質や、それらが付着混在した物体等。

 

Explosive substances such as aluminium, magnesium and titan as well as materials 
ridden with those substances. 

・可燃性の液体・ミストや、可燃性物質が付着混在した物体等。

 

Flammable liquid, mist and materials ridden with these substances. 

・腐食性・粘着性の物質や有害ガスまたは非常性のものが多く含まれる気体等。

 

Corrosive and adhesive substances and hazardous gas or air with a lot of unusual matters. 

・多量の粉塵、切削粉等。

 

Excessive amount of dust and cutting powder.

℃を超える温度の空気。

 

Hot air exceeding 80 

・多量の液体。

   

Liquid in plenty. 

・金属の著しい錆や樹脂の著しい劣化をまねく物質等。

 

Substances which accelerate rusting of metals or aging of plastics. 

→火災、破損、漏電の原因になります。

 

Failure to the above may cause fire, breakage or electric leak.

 

取付場所の環境は、塩素系ガス・硫酸系ガス・フッ素ガス・シュウ酸・キシレン・四塩化メチル等、

 

腐食性の雰囲気がある場所では使用できません。

 

This product can not be used in an atmosphere containing corrosive substances such as gaseous   
chlorine, sulfuric acid, fluorine gas, oxalic acid, xylene, methyl tetrachloride and the like. 

→破損、漏電の原因になります。

 

Failure to this may result in breakdown of the product or short circuits. 

本体の改造・修理は絶対にしないでください。また、修理をする場合にはメーカにご相談ください。

 

Never tamper or repair the unit by yourself. Please consult your local supplier for repairing.

Improper tampering or repairing may be a cause of injury or breakdown. 

 

端子ボックスカバーを取り外した状態で運転しないでください。

 

Do not operate MISTCATCH when the terminal board of its motor is uncovered.   

→感電、漏電の原因になります。

 

Failure to this may cause an electrical shock or a short circuit.

 

 

この取扱説明書の内容を全て読み、正しい方法で使用してください。

 

正しい方法で使用されない場合は、機器の持つ保護性能が損なわれ、事故、破損の原因となります。

運転中は絶対にモータに触れないでください。

 

また、ターボファン回転部に指や異物を入れないでください。

 

Never touch the motor while MISTCATCH is in operation. Fingers or any foreign matters should   
be kept away from the rotating part of 

Turbo fan
