Main PC Board defective.
Perform Service Calibration in
Appendix B. If calibration fails, refer to
Table 2-6.
Test the Load Cell (Section 2.7). If
defective replace it (Section 3.4).
After repair, proceed with Performance
Tests in Chapter 4.
Test the Main PC Board (Section 2.8).
If defective, replace it (Section 3.3).
After repair, proceed with Performance
Tests in Chapter 4.

calibrate. Incorrect weights.
Load cell assembly
defective.
Main PC Board defective
Verify that proper weights are used.
Test the Load Cell (Section 2.7). If
defective replace it (Section 3.4).
After repair, proceed with Performance
Tests in Chapter 4.
Test the Main PC Board (Section 2.8).
If defective, replace it (Section 3.3).
After repair, proceed with Performance
Tests in Chapter 4.
