CHAPTER 4 TESTING

1. With Top Housing and Load Cell

Shield removed, and power removed,
install Pan Support, and weighing Pan
then apply power.

2. Perform off center load test and deter-

mine error.

3. Remove Pan and Pan Support.

4. Determine associated filing position per

Figure 4-5. Perform adjustment as re-
quired.

5. Repeat above steps until balance is

within tolerance as per Table 4-3.

6. Turn the balance OFF and remove

power

7. Remove the Pan and Pan Support.

8. Install the load Cell Shield on the bal-

ance.

9. Replace the Top Housing and and se-

cure with two Screws.
