To avoid malfunction or electric shock, do not use the appliance in a wet
condition or dusty environment.
Keep the appliance away from fire and heat, do not expose it to direct
sunlight.
Do not use the appliance if there is lightning.
Read the instruction manual carefully before using this device, especially
the safety instructions. Keep the instruction manual for future use.
If you are currently experiencing any of the following conditions, please
seek professional advice before use:
·Pregnancy or menstruation ;
·Skin allergies or irritations ;
·Back and neck aches or other vertebral anomalies ;
·Hypertension or heart disease ;
·Any other conditions that may be of concern etc.
Be sure to use a socket that matches the plug.
Do not plug/unplug the power cord or touch the power switch with wet
hands. In order to avoid electric shock or equipment malfunctions.
Make sure the power plug be completely inserted into the proper electrical
outlet to avoid electric shock and fire.
If the power goes off during use, please turn the power switch to OFF
position and pull the power plug out from the socket to prevent any
damages when the power is restored.
Always unplug the power cord after use or before cleaning.
Do not pull the power cord to unplug. Pull the plug only.
Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug. Please
return the unit to OGAWA Service Center for examination and repairs.
Do not use any attachments that are not recommended by OGAWA.

Warranty is not transferable.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased from OGAWA.
Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.
All implied warranties, including but not limited to these implied warranties
of fitness and merchantability, are limited to the duration stated in the
warranty policy.
Damage due to misuse, improper treatment and unauthorized modification
and repair are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty does not cover accessories and attachments which do not
belong to the massage unit.
Warranty is not effective to rental, business, commercial, institutional or
other nonresidential users.
All services covered by this warranty must be approved by OGAWA and
repaired by authorized technicians only.
If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, OGAWA
reserves the right to make substitution in lieu of repair or replacement.

If you detect any malfunction or other abnormal conditions during
operation, please immediately turn off the power switch, unplug the
power cord and contact OGAWA Service Center for examination.
Do not try to disassemble or repair this appliance. The maintenance and
repair should only be made by an authorized technician.
If you feel abnormal or severe pain during the massage, please stop the
massage immediately.
It is not suggested to use this appliance for more than 30 minutes at one
time. Do not concentrate the massage on one area for more than 15
minutes either.
