When the display shows "SW" or "RW"
water must flow from the drain.
Check upstream sample shut-off valves
and prefilter
Sample valves no longer close
completely, sample water drips
despite the closed valve
Remove the hoses from the measuring
chamber and check whether drops of water
are escaping despite the closed valves
replace affected valve
Low brine concentration
in the soft water
Rinse the active column
of the water softener again
Sensor possibly contaminated
or damaged by brine
Carry out a water quality test
replace sensor if necessary
If all sources of error can be excluded and the soft water hardness is below the limit value, the
main menu function “Calibration” can be triggered.
This enables a further functional test.
