20.

Bend the nut plate stem to approximate shape shown and
insert backwards, through the bottom square shaped hole
chassis cross member.

21.

Point the stem through the large circular hole as shown and
draw the nut plate up into the cavity. Manipulate the position
until the thread can be seen through the square hole.

22.

This process may require the removal of the nut plate and re-
bending of the nut plate stem.
