Setup
If you want to connect a cable box
or satellite box to the DT digital tuner...
Once you screw in and tighten the coax cable
to your cable box or satellite box,
you need
to switch to the correct source and correct
channel to watch TV.
Press POWER on your oCOSMO remote
to turn on the TV.
Press the TV button to switch to the
source TV.
Press MENU activate the TV’s menu and
select the CHANNEL option.

If not, use the

button to switch it
to CABLE.
Press the EXIT button to close the TV’s
menu.
Find out what channel you need to be on
by calling your cable or satellite TV pro-
vider (usually it is on channel 3).
To switch channels press the number you
want to switch to then press the ENTER
button to execute the switch.
Turn on your cable or satellite box.
You can now watch the TV.
Be sure to use your cable or satellite
box’s remote to change channels.
Please Note:
To setup the cable or satellite box remote
control for controlling the TV, please call
the cable or satellite TV company and ask
them for SONY® TV’s universal remote
code.
