DHW circuit

Standard
cooling
The heating circuit is in cooling mode.
The temperature is regulated to the
target value: Target room temperature

Defrost
The heat pump is in defrosting mode.
Hot water pri-
ority
The heating circuit is switched off for
the duration of DHW heating.
Maximum
temperature
shutdown
The heating circuit is switched off to
protect your system as the flow temper-
ature is too high.
Dew point
shutdown
The heating circuit is switched off as
the dew point limit was undershot.
Emergency
mode
The heat pump is in emergency mode
and can no longer be operated.
Heat is generated via the electric aux-
iliary heater. This can result in higher
running costs.

Forced throt-
tling
This operation status only occurs if a
buffer tank is installed:
The buffer tank temperature deviates
from the temperature requested by
the heating circuit. The heating circuit
pump was temporarily shut down.
This prevents the heating circuit from
cooling down in heating mode.
This prevents the cooling circuit from
heating up in cooling mode.
The heating circuit pump is started
again when the required temperature is
reached in the buffer tank.

ature
The current outdoor temperature is dis-
played here.

The average outdoor temperature used
for the heating and cooling curve is dis-
played here.

The room temperature of the heating

Open the menu.

Select the heating circuit for which you want to view
the operating data.

Select “Operating data”.
12. DHW circuit
DHW heating takes precedence over heating and cooling
mode. During DHW heating, the heating circulation pumps
are switched off, subject to system type and controller set
-
ting.
DHW heating is active if:
►
There is a heat demand
►
At least 1 heat generator is active
►
No outage or fault is present
►
No electricity tariff shutdown has occurred
A heat demand exists if the current DHW temperature on
the DHW temperature sensor is lower than the DHW target
temperature by the set switching differential.

12.1 Setting the DHW temperature
The target DHW temperature can be adjusted directly on
the main screen of the respective DHW circuit.
»
Open the main screen of the DHW circuit for which
you want to change the temperature.
»
Press the plus or minus button to adjust the target
DHW temperature.
