DHW circuit

Four values can be set for the DHW circuit. Depending on
which operating program is set, the temperature is regu-
lated to one of the following target values:
► Eco
► Comfort
► Boost
If a time program is also set, the system will switch between
the reduced target value and the target value of the se-
lected operating program, according to the time program.
Note
No time programs can be set for the following op-
erating program: Boost
12.2 Operating program
You can switch between several operating programs for
each DHW circuit.
Operating program Description
Off The DHW circuit is switched off. Frost
protection and anti-legionella mode remain
active.
COMFORT In automatic mode, you can switch be-
tween the following operating programs:
Eco
ECO
COMFORT
For both operating programs, a separate
standard target value and a separate
switching differential can be selected. Both
operating programs have a common re-
duced target value. A time program is used
to switch between the standard target val-
ue and the reduced target value.
ECO mode provides the most energy
efficient heating process, thereby also re-
quiring longer heating periods.
In addition, the factory settings define
a greater switching differential for ECO
mode.
BOOST BOOST mode is independent of any set
time programs and switching differentials.
Heating to the defined target value takes
place immediately.
The controller then switches back au-
tomatically to the originally selected
operating program.
In BOOST mode, for example, you can
heat to a higher temperature before an
increased demand for DHW. The modified
mixing ratio produces a larger DHW ca-
pacity.
12.2.1 Setting the operating program
Via the main screen, you can choose between the following
operating programs for each DHW circuit.
