Other conditions:
To the competent authority, this warranty is the only guarantee that
Ocenav offers and is applicable only to new products purchased in
Spain.
The provisions of this warranty pleased any other written warranties,
express or implied, written or oral, including any commercial or
suitable security for a particular purpose.
The responsibility for Ocenav respect to this customer warranty,
therefore a breach of contract, copyright or any other case, in no event
exceed an amount equal to 3 times the price of the product
recommended by the manufacturer, which will end this responsibility
and in no event shall Ocenav responsible for any special, incidental,
consequential or indirect.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have
other rights, which vary from one jurisdiction to another.
This warranty replaces and supersedes any previous warranty.
