Pivot Tube fitted into Tee adaptor
5. Ideally leave the unit(s) overnight to allow the PVC adhesive to fully cure, and adhesive vapors within the
conduit to disperse. Ensure that during this time it is left in a dry area to prevent water ingress into the conduit.
Once cured, feed the cable through the cable gland on the supplied conduit cap. Apply a suitable marine
sealant or PTFE tape to the threaded pipe on the Tee adaptor, and screw on the conduit cap / gland, ensuring
that the joint is fully watertight.

– Ensure threaded joint is sealed.
6. Tighten the cable gland to ensure a watertight seal.
7. Place the bracket in the required location and mark the position of the four mounting holes. Fix the bracket in
place using screws suitable for the mounting substrate.
8. Fix the Docklight assembly to the bracket using the top hole in the pivot tube, and central detent pin. Ensure
the pin is pushed through both sides of the bracket.
9. The light can now be lowered into the water and locked in place using the bottom detent pin.
