Before adjusting the audio outputs gain, instruction 42, the AUDIO
PARAMETER SETTINGS FOR INSTRUCTIONS 22, 24, 25 is sent

The command is sent once, and the “ audio outputs gain adjustment” mode
continues until instruction 42 changes to the “ audio inputs gain adjustment”
mode. Table 9 lists the Hex values for the audio gain control of the 5 outputs.
