The OMX-PSW6SV is a high quality Y/C Video and Stereo Audio Passive Switcher. This device is
designed as a general purpose signal switcher, or to fit the needs of facilities where “signal sniffing” is
needed. It may also be used to expand the inputs of S-Video devices. The OMX-PSW6SV can be used
as a 1 x 6 assignment switcher where one set of signals can be fed to any of six feeds.
The unit features top grade, high visibility lockout mechanical switches.
As a source switcher, simply plug the signal feeds via the rear connectors into the switcher. By pushing
the corresponding front panel button, the signal (S-Video and Audio), is selected to the output connectors.
The OMX-PSW6SV may also be used as an “assignment switcher”. A signal can be fed into the out-
put terminal and selectively distributed to any one the six signal paths. With this technique, the switch-
er is actually used in “reverse” of conventional configuration.
