Change the job ticket
Introduction
If a document is printed with an Océ printer driver, an Océ job ticket is added
to the print file (see ‘
About the print files ’ on page 73 ).
A job ticket stores information about print instruction, document name and
owner.
To change the job ticket information, perform the following tasks:

Apply a template to a print file (see ‘ Create and use a template ’ on
page 79 ).
■
Allocate a print job to an assigned user (see ‘ Assign a print job to a user ’
on page 92 )
■
Change one or more job ticket items.
Before you begin

Click on 'Start' .

Select the Océ Job SubmitIT application on the program list.
Changing the job ticket of one print file

Retrieve the required print file (see ‘ Retrieve the print files ’ on page 84 ).

Display the list of print files and select the print file you want to change.

Click 'Job settings' on the 'Edit' menu.

You can also click on the settings button on the toolbar.
