Make sure at least 200mm (2 strip lengths) of tape is past the knife
section (see Figure 109)

Align the holes in the tape to the hole pattern on the label on the frame plate of
the reinforcement unit (see Figure 110). If the alignment is not correct, lift the
tape from the pin roller and push the tape between the two knives until the
holes are aligned.
