Please read the instructions for use and the safety
instructions carefully before using the appliance for the
first time.
Safety instructions
- Risk of burns. Keep the appliance out of reach of
young children, especially during use and whilst
cooling down.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while plugged
in.
- Always place the appliance with the stand (if any) on
a heat-resistant, stable and flat surface.
• For your safety, this appliance complies with
the applicable regulations and standards (Low
Voltage Directive, Electromagnetic Compatibility,
Environmental...).
• The appliance’s accessories become very hot during
use. Avoid contact with the skin. Make sure that the
cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of
the appliance.
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds to that
indicated on the appliance. If the appliance is
connected incorrectly, this can cause irreparable
damage and void the guarantee.
• For additional protection in the case of electricity
in bathrooms, a residual current device (RCD) with
a rated residual operating current not exceeding
30 mA should be installed in the electrical circuit
supplying the bathroom. Ask a qualified electrician
for advice.
• The installation and use of the appliance must,
however, comply with the standards in force in your
country.
