residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is
recommended. Ask your installer for advice.

Clean all the parts as described under “Cleaning and maintenance”.

Use
Wash the bowl and all the accessories as instructed in “Cleaning and
maintenance” before use. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
Place the appliance on a flat, dry surface before starting it. Set the speed
control to 0 and ensure that the appliance is not plugged in when the bowl or
an accessory is being attached. Turn the lever upwards and place the mixer
head in a vertical position. Place the bowl in the kitchen machin’s bowl holder.
Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place in the bowl holder.
Then attach the required accessory (stirrer, dough hook or whisk) onto the
coupling. Push the accessory upwards and turn it anticlockwise to fasten it to
the coupling.
