8 Service and Support

8.1 Warranty
Warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, for each
O
2
matic PRO 100 device, exclusive of the pulse oximetry sensors
and other accessories. Authorized personnel shall repair or replace
any O
2
matic PRO 100 found to be defective in accordance with this
warranty, free of charge. For this to be valid, O
2
matic must be
notified by the purchaser of what serial number that belongs to the
affected device. Furthermore, the provided notification shall occur
within the applicable warranty period. This warranty excludes cost of
delivery to and from O
2
matic ApS. O
2
matic ApS reserves the right to
charge a fee for a warranty repair request on any O
2
matic PRO 100
found to be within specifications. O
2
matic PRO 100 must be repaired
by authorized personnel only. Any sign or evidence of opening the
O
2
matic PRO 100, other than the USB hatch, except by authorized
personnel, shall void the warranty as well as any tampering or kind
of misuse of the O
2
matic PRO 100.
8.2 Service

matic PRO 100,
outside the warranty period, depends on the chosen service
