For each pair of corresponding jacks, the output should have a 1 kHz sine wave with approximately the 
same amplitude as the input, but with some phase shift. 

If all of the tests (listed in steps 1-10) pass without any problems, the Symphony SoundBite board is considered to be fully 
functional.
