TROUBLE SHOOTING
INSTRUCTIONS
NO SOUND/WEAK SOUND
•
Make sure the 3.5mm connector is fully inserted into your headphone
jack on your smartphone, or laptop. Check the volume setting on
your device.
MICROPHONE NOT WORKING
•
Press the call button.
WEAK BASS
•
Check the ear cushion seal, or try another ear tip size. The wrong
size ear tip will cause a reduction in perceived bass output.
DIMINISHED SOUND QUALITY
•
Remove the ear tips and check for a blockage in the port tube. Wipe
the port tube with a clean cloth to remove any blockage.
WARNING
•
Adjust headset to a proper volume. Loud volume may damage your
hearing. For traffic safety, please do not use the earphone while
riding a bike, motor bike, or while driving a car.

CHOOSING EAR TIP SIZE
•
Choose the ear tip size from single flange or dual-flange.
•
NOTE:
The right size tip provides a comfortable fit, seals well against
the ear canal and provides good sound quality.
ATTACH THE EAR TIPS
•
Attach the ear tips to the earphone port tubes.
CONNECT TO AUDIO SOURCE
•
For most tablets and smartphones, connect the earphones to the
device’s 3.5MM headphone jack.
WEARING THE EARPHONES
•
Insert the earphone marked “R” into your right ear.
•
Insert the earphone marked “L” into your left ear.
•
Never remove an earphone from your ear by pulling on its cable.
•
Never remove the detachable cable apart from earphone body by
pulling the cable.
•
Never disconnect the MMCX connectors for fun.
USING THE CALL BUTTON
•
For mobile phones only. Press the call button to answer a call. Press
the call button again to end a call.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
•
Remove the ear tips and wipe them with a clean cloth.
•
Store the earphones in a place that is free from chemicals, high
temperature, high humidity and dust.
